We are an experienced, family owned jewelry company that works with on site highly skilled and experienced jewelers to deliver the highest quality merchandise at the best price. We have been in the business for over 30 years.


What are your hours, and how can I contact you?
We are available Monday through Sundays from 9:00am – 7:00pm (Monday-Saturday) and 11:00am to 7:pm (Sunday.) All dates are excluding holidays. Our flagship location is located at 2356 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY, 10458. You can contact us via phone at our hotline (877) 737-3288

What is Oscar Stone’s refund/exchange policy?
Standard in stock items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days but must show no signs of wear or tear. We do not however accept returns on any altered or custom made items. 

How long does it take to make a custom item?
Production times vary based on the type of custom item being created. Generally speaking allow anywhere from two to five weeks, however, please be in touch with your sales team member who can give you a more definitive timeline. Special rush orders are an option as well.

Does Oscar Stone provide certificates for their diamonds?
Yes, any item purchased containing a full 1ct stone comes exclusively with a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) report. Note many of our onsite jewelers have a GIA certification as a credential.
