ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Oscar Stone, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange: Item must be in its original, unworn condition, Item must include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories, Item must show no signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse, Return requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
Store Credit Policy
Oscar Stone does not offer cash refunds for standard online purchases.
Approved returns will receive store credit only, which: Is valid for 6 months from the date issued, May be used toward any eligible Oscar Stone purchase, Is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Exchanges
Customers may exchange eligible items within the 7-day return period, subject to product availability.
Katapult Financing Orders
Orders purchased through Katapult Financing are subject to a separate return policy. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Refunds
Approved returns for Katapult-financed purchases are eligible for a refund back through the financing provider.
Restocking Fee
All approved Katapult returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
The restocking fee may vary depending on the item returned and the condition in which it is received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Custom-made or personalized jewelry, Special-order items, Items altered or resized at the customer's request, Gift cards, Clearance, promotional, or final-sale merchandise
